AUBURN BOTANIC GARDENS

Public BBQ

The Auburn Botanic Gardens is a popular spot for picnics, family outings, and even weddings. With a Japanese garden, a lake, and a small zoo featuring Australian native animals, it offers a serene and picturesque setting for visitors. There are BBQ facilities and playgrounds available, and the garden is well-maintained and clean. Entry fees apply for non-residents but are generally considered reasonable. During the spring season, the cherry blossoms provide an extra touch of beauty, and visitors are encouraged to come early for a picnic or BBQ to secure a good spot. Keep in mind that there is no food available on-site, so visitors should bring their own picnic supplies. Parking is available on the streets and in marked bays.
